Right, same file file cannot be opened simultaneously on numerous PC. What you need to do is to create "central database" everyone will sync with using version 3 (beta). We are a small company (3 persons) which would like to use AllMyNotes as a shared Knowledge Base, ie using a shared ddb file. We have installed AllMyNotes Deluxe on 2 computers (trial) to test it. But when we start the program on the second PC, we get an access violation error: "A sharing violation has occured while accessing ...ddb" It seems that the running program on the first computer has locked the ddb. How can this issue be solved?
