Basically what you are reporting is pretty odd - we didn't received any reports of this kind before.



So far I'm thinking that only one of reasons below can be causing this kind of problem:

1. Not enough RAM to keep your file attachments, but that must be really huge attachments, while you are saying it's not the case for you...

2. Not enough disk space to save these changes to the disk. But once again, same reason as above excludes this reason.

3. No file writing permissions... In this case you cannot save any changes at all, not only attachments...



I need to see your allmynotes.log file, you can find it in the same folder where AllMyNotes is installed, hopefully it will contain more details regarding this problem.

I had the free version of all my notes ad I had attached Pdf documents to some notes and everything worked fine.



then I bought the deluxe version, and all my attached documents disappeared, letting only the name of it. I deleted all and insert again, but when I close the program and reopen it they all disappears. I upgrade to the 2.58 portable version and it still doesn't work.



I've read in an other post something about the size of documents and memory but it doesn't work whatever the size of the document, so I don't understand why it worked before with the free version and not anymore with the paid one.



can you help me. I must say that the ability to insert documents in notes was one of the reason why bought it at the end of the trial version
